摘要 <p>The control circuit for a gat turn-off thyristor (T1) includes a series dioed (D1) and resistor (R1) connected to the anode (A). These are in series with a stray inductance (L1) and a capacitor (C1). A power supply (E1) is connected by a transistor (T2) to the grid connection (G). The anode of a control is connected to the grid, (T3) with the cathode side connected to the negative side of a second power supply (E2). In parallel with the thyristor is a capacitor (C3). The thyristor applies an ignition pulse to the first thyristor (T1) and an extinguishing pulse of the opposite polarity.</p>
