A wet razor (1) has a handle (5) in the shape of a rectangular box with the breadth (B) at least as great or greater than the length (L) of the blade. The blade is held in a replaceable cassette (2) which clips into a holder (4). The end of the handle (5) opposite to the blade has a small drawer (9) to hold spare cassettes (8) whilst the end (7) of the drawer (9) forms a cover. This type of handle, which is moulded from plastics, provides a more secure grip than the conventional rod type handle and also provides storage for spare cassettes.
