PURPOSE:To form a voltage control oscillator of MOSIC on the same chip as other circuits by connecting a Schmitt circuit, which switches the 1st and 2nd semiconductor switch circuits, to the input part of a charge-discharge circuit and an oscillation output terminal. CONSTITUTION:When the output of Schmitt circuit 37 is held at level H, MOSFET33 is OFF and MOSFET36 is ON. Capacitor 34 of a charge-discharge circuit is charged via resistance 35 and FET36 until the output of Schmitt circuit 37 changes in level from H to L. Once circuit 37 decreases in level down to L, FET33 turns ON, and FET36 OFF. Then, current I2 flows from power supply VDD to capacitor 34 by way of the ON resistance of MOSFET32 and FET33. The input part of circuit 37 increases in potential according to the charging of capacitor 34 and stays high until the output of circuit 37 changes to H. Oscillations can be obtained through the continuous operation. |
