PURPOSE:To increase oscillation output power while expanding a frequency variable range by providing a subordinate waveguide corresponding to a fractional frequency or multiple wave to a coaxial part, in addition to main waveguides for oscillation signal output. CONSTITUTION:Through external conductor 3 and voltage supply rod 2 constituting a coaxial part, a bias voltage is supplied to oscillating diode 1. Band-stopping filter 4 stops an oscillation wave of a target frequency from leaking into the coaxial part and absorber 5 absorbs unneeded waves. Main rectangular waveguide 6 matches diode 1 with the coaxial part and main standard rectangular waveguide 7 extracts an output oscillation signal. Further, taper part 8 matches waveguide 6 with waveguide 7. Here, subordinate waveguide 11 selects either the fractional harmonic wave or multiple wave of the output signal extracted by main waveguide 7 and determines the output so that its frequency will be within a passing band. Further, movable short unit 12 is fitted to subordinate waveguide 11. |
