<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet free of wrinkles that are possibly caused by mechanical reasons in manufacturing the sheet, by overlapping a film of thermosetting resin on abother sheet of molten thermosetting resin while applying tension to the film in the direction of its width, and carrying the same to cooling rolls while keeping the above tension in the direction of the sheet width. CONSTITUTION:Endless belts 2 disposed on opposide sides of extruder 1 carry pins 4 thereon and they are extended near to respective turning shafts of cooling rolls 3, 3', 3''. Film 5 of thermosetting resin to be laminated is held at its opposite sides securely by pins 4 at the position of guide roll 7, in the manner that it is applied with tension in the direction of its width. The resin film 5 is overlapped on sheet 8 of thermosetting resin in a state shortly after extrusion, near the gap formed between cooling rolls 3 and 3', by which the film 5 and sheet 8 are fused together with application of pressure and heat. Then, passing the same between cooling rolls 3' and 3'', laminated sheet 9 can be obtained.</p> |
