The hinge of the present invention comprises two like hinge elements (1) made of a sheet material, each element (1) being generally rectangular and folded at one end thereof to form a cylindrical casing (2), the remainder of each element forming an L-shaped flap (3, 6). By virtue of the thin sheet-like construction of the hinge elements (1), no recesses are normally required to be cut in the door or frame and the L-shaped flap (3, 6) which has a corner extending parallel to the cylindrical casing (2), ensures the square location of the hinge element (1). <IMAGE> |
