PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance motor which has an excellent power factor and is suitable for acoustic equipment and the like by controlling the switching state of a voltage converter depending on the output signal of a switching control device which receives a current detecting signal and a command signal. CONSTITUTION:A voltage converter 6 generates another DC voltage from the DC voltage of a DC power source 5 and sends out the converted voltage by turning a switching semiconductor on and off. Said output voltage of the voltage converter 6 is supplied to a motor portion 9 by way of a current detector 7 and a conduction- switching devide 8. A switching control device 10 receives a current-detecting signal 11 and a command signal 12, and controls the switching state of the voltage converter 6. The conduction-switching device 8 changes the conduction path from the voltage converter 6 to a driving winding in response to the relative positions of the field portion and the driving winding of the motor portion 9, and generates the continous driving force in the same direction in the motor portion 9. |
