<p>TAMPERPROOF BREAKAWAY PORT An easy tear-open or breakaway port for a container wherein the breakaway line is provided by a preweakened portion having a reduced wall section with the width varying in a uniform and progressive manner from a minimum width to a maximum one. The breakaway feature is readily adaptable to plastic containers and can be utilized in conjunction with a handle or gripping member to facilitate the tearing along the preweakened portion.</p> |
