PURPOSE:To equalize the size of ink droplets by providing pipes having a plurality of ink outlets of different diameter so arranged as to sequentially become larger from the ink inlet side in a liquid chamber to equalize the pressure applied to the nozzle of a multi-nozzle head for an ink jet. CONSTITUTION:A cavity forming a liquid chamber 9a is provided at the back of a plurality of ink jet nozzles in one line, and one or two pipes 8 arranged with a plurality of ink outlets 8a of different diameter in one line are provided elevationally at the chamber 9a. The ink outlets 8a of the pipe 8 are so arranged as to sequentially be located at the outelts 8a of larger diameter at the end side of the pipe 8 and at the outlets 8a of smaller diameter at the inlet side of the ink in such a manner that the central axis of the outlets 8a of the upper pipe 8 coincides with that of the outlets 8a of the lower pipe 8. |
