This invention relates to a stereo system that maintains an equal listening level, automatically increasing or decreasing in relationship to interfering noises or the absence thereof while maintaining a balanced audio level from the speakers in relationship to the listener's position, automatically adjusting to his movements. Switching means for switching speakers from one source to another and/or the means for inducing thereon an auxiliary audio intelligence signal from a remote location. All the above functions being achieved remotely, wirelessly, from a plurality of locations.
