PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation of cell capacity, by performing the cutting of stripe grid impregnated with active material perpendicularly with the carrying direction of grid. CONSTITUTION:Stripe iron board is punched and applied with nickel galvanization to produce a grid 1 on which nickel powder is sintered, then nickel nitrate is impregnated as active material 2 in the micro hole and activated through electrolyte redcution, thereafter said stripe plate is cut perpendicularly against carrying direction to make into predetermined shape. Here the press section 3 can be formed easily in the carrying direction of plate. |
