PURPOSE:To manufacture at low cost a magnetic core with excellent magnetic properties and resistance to wear by stacking and bonding in a sandwich shape plate core pieces of a soft magnetic alloy such as Permalloy-based one and those of noncrystalline soft magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A Permalloy-based alloy is excellent, especially in magnetic property and workability, a Sendust alloy is also excellent, especially in magnetic property and resistance to wear, and ferrite is inferior in magnetic property, but superior, especially in resistance to wear. An amorphous alloy is superior in both magnetic property and resistance to wear. Sendust and amorphous alloys, however, are expensive. Then, core pieces 2a-2c of a noncrystalline soft magnetic alloy, interposed among core pieces 1a-1d of inexpensive Permalloy alloy plates, are stacked and bonded in a sandwch shape. In this way, properties of two kind of magnetic bodies are combined to obtain a magnetic core which has a less current loss and superior magnetic property and resistance to wear. |
