PURPOSE:To provide a pressure for pressurizing buffing wheels and to relieve the shock produced in changing the buffing wheels by the movement of a liquid contained in a roof-shaped flat tank. CONSTITUTION:A roof-shaped balancing tank 10 having an orifice at the central part is fixed to an end of a swing shaft 5 at the upper part of the central part thereof. The swing shaft 5 supports a buffing wheel turning shaft 3 perpendicularly from both sides at a position above the intermediate position between a rought buffing wheel 4 and a finish buffing wheel 4'. Water or a liquid is contained in the balancing tank 10 to relieve the shock produced in changing the buffing wheels 4 and 4' and to provide a turning force for pressurizing the buffing wheels by the weight of the liquid contained in the balancing tank 10 at the outer extremity thereof without being influenced by the change in the inclination of the swing shaft 5, thus providing a stabilized turning force to the buffing wheels. |
