PURPOSE:To make the manufacturing cost of a cutter inexpensive as well as to improve the manufacturing precision by fixedly installing a motor for rotating a circular saw, by constituting such that the circular saw is put to move in the equal speed with a cut object through a guide fork. CONSTITUTION:A guide fork 5 of a circular saw 2 is constituted to move along a saw axle 3 and a guide axle 6. For the sake of transmitting the rotational force of the circular saw 2, a pulley 7 for the saw axle 3, and pulleys 8, 9 for the axle 6, which are respectively installed through a power transmitting cylinder 13, the rotational force is transmitted from a circular saw mover 14 through a pulley 10, a belt 11, pulleys 8, 9, a belt 12 and the pulley 7 to the axle 3. One end of a moving frame 15 has an elevator 16 (for example, air cylinder) contacted and arranged which makes the frame 15 swivel by sending up and down the part. Thus, it facilitates to improve the precision, and to make the maunfacturing cost of the cutter inexpensive. |
