发明名称 AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT BY FET
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the temperature fluctuation of the output terminal voltage as well as secure the linearity of the input and output over a wide range of the input voltage, by using the amplifier circuit featuring the characteristic agreement between the compensating FET and the amplifying FET. CONSTITUTION:FET1 is used for compensation purpose, and the impedance viewed from the source of this FET is the serial compensation impedance of resistance 8. While FET2 is for amplification purpose with the current negative feedback applied by resistance 7, and the composite impedance of resistance 8 plus FET1 is turned into the load. The drain current of amplifying FET2 flows also to compensating FET1 with the identical current value to each other. Thus the elimination is secured for the effect of the temperature change of Idss (the drain current at the short-circuit time between the gate and the source) or the change due to the working point of mutual conductance gm, etc.
