摘要 |
PURPOSE:To omit the inverters for level shift and inversion each by adapting the double input system to the dynamic divider circuit and then extracting the signal featuring the 180-degree phase difference out of the input/output side of the C-MOS inverter. CONSTITUTION:The low frequency clock formation circuit consists of crystal oscillator circut 4 which is formed by providing the feedback circuit including crystal oscillator 3 between the input and the output of C-MOS inverter 2. Double input dynamic divider circuit 5 operates by receiving the oscillation output obtained from the input/output side of inverter 2 and featuring the 180-degree phase difference. The output of circuit 5 is divided furthermore by static divider circuit 6 in order to obtain the desired frequency. |
