<p>N-(1-Cycloalkylalkyl-2-pyrrolidinylmethyl)-2-methoxy-5-trifluorom- ethyl benzamide derivs. of formula (I), as the racemate or enantiomers, and their acid addn. salts are new. where m,n are independently 1,2,3 or 4; the case where both are 1 is specifically claimed. Used to treat depressive states and psychoses by oral, rectal or parenteral admin. in daily doses of 1-200mg. Toxicity tests show the i.p. LD50 in mice varies from 75-200mg/kg. In the Gourmet apomorphine induced climbing antagonism test the cpds. had an i.p. AD50 of 0.03-0.08mg kg.</p> |
