<p>Device for contending with hydrocarbon pollution consists of elements of variable dimensions, rectangular, flat or curved, held to the ground by anchorage fittings, possessing shutters which can be opened and closed by natural means such as waves in marine environments or by a mechanical, hydraulic or electronic device. Basins are provided behind for the recovery of the hydrocarbons. The elements adapt to any particular nature of the terrain. Invention overcomes inconveniences of existing methods of contending with pollution of the hydrocarbon type, which require pumping devices and which are applicable directly in the liq. element, with no device continuing the anti-pollution action on the ground. The non-return barrage system is applicable partic. on beaches and is simple and allows rapid use whatever the atmospheric conditions.</p> |
