PURPOSE:To easily obtain phase synchronization between a received signal and a PN code of a location oscillation signal by controlling the clock frequency of the PN code generator and its phase so that the phases of the correlation spike signals from 1st and 2nd matching filters are coincident. CONSTITUTION:The correlation between the PN code set by the 2nd matching filter 27 and the local oscillation signal is detected, a correlation spike signal is generated at the PN code frame period and fed to a phase comparator 25. The phase of the correlation spike signal from the matching filters 24, 27 is compared by a phase comparator 25 and an error voltage is outputted based on the phase difference and inputted to the control voltage to the voltage controlled oscillator 33 via the loop filter 32. The clock oscillating frequency is controlled by the inputted control voltage by the voltage controlled oscillator and the frequency and phase of the PN code generated by the PN code generator 26 are controlled. Thus, the frequency and phase of the PN code from the PN code generator 26 to minimize the error voltage in the phase comparator 25. Thus, the phase synchronization is facilitated. |
