PURPOSE:To enable the position of a luminous flux projected to be detected by setting a plurality of temp. detecting elements on the bakc side of a reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:When luminous flux 4 is projected on a certain position of the surface of reflecting mirror 1, part of the light is absorbed in mirror 1 at the flux projected portion, resulting in a temp. rise. The temp. of the flux projected portion is highest at the cneter and is lowered toward the periphery. The region where flux 4 is being projected and the region where flux 4 is not projected can, however, be discriminated according to a temp. distribution curve obtained with a plurality of temp. detecting elements 3 arranged on a plurality of concentric circumferences 2. Accordingly, position and direction control of a laser working apparatus, etc. can be accomplished safely. |
