Regulating irons (11, 13) are in each case attached to a carrier ring (2, 4). The carrier rings (2, 4) are supported frictionally locked on a coil former (5) and meter frame (1), respectively. They have in each case an outer toothing (8, 23). The carrier rings (2, 4) can be rotated, and the regulating irons (11, 13) adjusted, by means of an adjusting element (3) which is pushed through holes (17) in the meter frame (1). The invention enables moving-iron measuring elements to be improved in which a predetermined scale variation has to be implemented by adjusting two regulating irons. <IMAGE>
