<p>Sea waves energy converter operates with a float (I) at the extension of displacement ram (3) in the pump cylinder (4). The end of the ram carries an abutment (5) and the end of the cylinder features a seal ring (6). The delivery of the pump is controlled by suction and discharge valves (8, 9) while pipeline (10) feeds the water to a hydraulic power unit. The float is moved by sea waves compressing the drawn-in sea water while linkage (2) provides angular compensation.</p> |
