<p>The liquor in the tank of a washing machine in which the laundry items are moved about by a rotating drum, is agitated by means of air which is set in low frequency vibration (sic). Mechanical action may also be applied to the tank so as to set the liquor itself in vibration with the same frequency. The invention considerably reduces the amt. of washing powder required and increases the efficiency of the machine.</p> |
