The polishing and cleaning tool is used for painted or plated surfaces and is esp. used for polishing motor cars. The tool consists of a felt sheet (12) which is mounted on a holder (2). The holders are available in various sizes and shapes. A pin is provided on the back of the holder, which engages with weights (3a, b, c) which can be mounted on the back of the holder. The weights are used to exert pressure on the polisher when it is used on a horizontal surface.
