<p>The shelving system is intended for storing palleted or un-palleted heavy loads. The shelves are formed from parallel sectional metal plates (4) supported at both ends on rungs (1). The plates are pref. spaced and may be provided with holes (6) to aid distribution of water in the event of a fire. The plates may have their ends shaped (5) so as to make a rigid connection when hooked over the support rungs. They may, alternatively, be supported betweens the rungs on support clips (5, 5a) hooked over the rungs.</p> |
