PURPOSE:To commoly use a plurality of motors with a stationary Scherbius device of 1:2 type by providing contactors and current limiting resistors in series circuit in parallel with DC protection breakers in two sets of power rectifiers. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit of contactors 27a, 27b and current limiting resistors 28a, 28b is provided in parallel with DC protection breakers 14a, 14b between 1:2 type Scherbius device inverter 17 and power rectifiers 16a, 16b operated in parallel with motors 10a, 10b of a pump or the like. Then, the motors rotating at synchronous speed at the upper and lower limit signals of load amount are converted to non-synchronous state according to the connecting sequence of the breakers 14a, 14b and contactors 27a, 27b. Thus, one motor is disconnected. Then, the motor rotating at full speed is decelerated and connected to the Scherbius device. A plurality of motors can be smoothly controlled at its speed using the Scherbius device. |
