<p>The seat for use in the open-air has hollow wooden sections (5) forming the seat and back-rest, which incorporate heating elements (8), thereby keeping the seat rust-free, warm and dry in damp weather. The electrical heating elements (8) are encased in insulation (6). The insulated casings (6) have the same cross-section as the hollow sections (5) and contain one or more ducts (7) in for the cylindrical heating elements (8). The insulated containers (6) have a heat-insulated layer on the side facing away from the seat and backrest. A thermostatically-controlled switch is embedded (11) in the insulated casings.</p> |
