Flexible anchoring buoy - has anchor chain tube with oblong core at right angles, and elastic floats

The flexible anchoring buoy comprises a tube through which a chain passes to the anchor, and an oblong core fixed to the tube roughly half-way along and extending at right angles to it. Elastic floats are mounted on the core, and are separate from the tube. These can comprise an elastic and buoyant body fitted round and stuck to the core, and in turn enclosed by flexible cladding, likewise stuck to the core.
