PURPOSE:To rapidly and easily regulate an available power by an operator having less experience or in a state of available power having remarkable variations by immediately displaying a guidance of a load to be regulated for its demand on an indicator in response to a guidance request from an operator. CONSTITUTION:An available power amount pulse from a demand watthour meter 1 is input through an input unit 21 to a present available power calculator 22 in a power demand monitor 2', sampled at a predetermined period, and a present available power is calculated. Here, when a guidance request is input from an operator to be given from an operation panel 3, an object discriminator 27 selects a demand load to be regulated on the basis of an excess power to be predicted or marginal power to be predicted of the calculated result by an excess/margin discriminator 23, a registered load to be controlled, stored in a control object storage 26 and its capacity. An indicator 25 outputs a guidance of demand load to be regulated and demand power, etc., to an indicator 4. |
