<p>The finishing arrangement incorporates a drum shaped store (3) which has a number of axial cut-outs (10) along the circumference. The parts to be finished (11) are mounted in the cut-outs. The storage drum is indexed round to bring each part in engagement with the finishing tool. The finishing tool consists of a motor driven grinding disc (21) which is brought into engagement with the end face only of the cylindrical part. The parts to be finished are held in the axial grooves of the store by an arrangement, which consists of a strip (20) and pulleys (18, 19). The strip is pushed against the parts.</p> |
