<p>PURPOSE:To stably run a winder in an entire range, by reducing the conveyance speed of a wound material when the rotational frequency of a winding motor exceeds a prescribed upper limit or the electrical current of the motor decreases below a prescribed lower limit. CONSTITUTION:When an actual current detected by a motor current detector 15 decreases below a level set by a current setting means 31, a current comparator 32 sends out a turn-on signal. The output of a tachometer 33 for detecting the speed of a motor 11 is detected by a speed detector 34 and compared by a speed comparator 36 with a level set by a speed setting means 35 so that a turn-on signal is generated when the actual speed exceeds the set level. When these outputs are produced, the velocity of a wound material is sequentially reduced by the quantity of the output of a deceleration reference circuit 38. This results in always running an inverter 100 in a safe commutation region and raising reliability.</p> |
