PURPOSE:To lower stock line by determining the timing of raw material charging and water sprinkling by simulation of a blast furnace non-steady model to maintain the temperatures of furnace top waste gas and molten slag at fixed ones. CONSTITUTION:By using a radial gas flow model, a limited air blowing amount to prevent passing during the reduced scale operation is obtained from a set reduced scale pattern and an imaginary state of charge inside furnace. Then, the non-steady change of blast furnace when operated under the air-blowing condition is obtained by a simulation and then a charging amount and a charging timing to maintain predetermined stock line and an ore ratio to maintain predetermined molten pig iron temperature are obtained. At the same time, necessary water sprinkling amount and water sprinkling timing are obtained from the change in the temperature of furnace top waste gas. In case where the inclusion of furnace during reduced scale operation, obtained as a result of simulation, differs greatly from the imaginary state of the inclusion of the furnace, the change in limited air blowing amount is again obtained by using the simulated state of the furnace and reduced scale simulation is made again. |
