PURPOSE:To make a liquid level and temperature control easy and attain to reduce initial and running cost by a mechanism wherein a heating means blowing vapor through a gas-water separator and a heating means not generating water whithin a plating bath are used together. CONSTITUTION:As a heating means of plating liquid 11 of a plating tank 1, a gas- water separator 2 is provided on the way of a vapor conduit 7 from a boiler and a heating means for blowing vapor generated after a liquid containing impurities generated within an arranged conduit is removed into a plating liquid through a pipe 8 as well as a means for heating a plating liquid recircurated by a pump 4 through a heat exchanger 3 (an electric heater type heating apparatus may be used) by vapor of a pipe 7' are provided together. Both means are used in a combined manner such that a heating means by a heat exchanger 3 is used when a liquid level is raised and a heating means by blowing vapor is used when a liquid level is lowered or the like. Therefore, installation cost and running cost are reduced compared to a conventional method immersing an electric heater or the like in a plating liquid. |
