<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an operation rate from being lowered by detecting prodrome by the source sound of a plant equipment. CONSTITUTION:In a facility diagnosing system, sound collectors (1-3) are arranged at every plant equipment. By operating the plant equipments (4-6), sound volume generated from the equipments are collected by each of the sound collectors (1-3), and they are read and decided by a sound volume monitoring program 7 in an information processor 14, and a sound volume managing table 9 is generated at every plant equipment. A plant equipment data collection program 9 in the information processor 14 collects the said equipment data, however, the state of the sound volume at every plant equipment is decided by observing the table 9, and when abnormality is generated, the data fetching cycle of the plant equipments (4-6) is accelerated, and it is stored in process data tables (10-12) at every plant equipment. And an operator monitors the status by a CRT device by informing the generation of the abnormality to the operator by a sound volume monitoring program 7.</p> |
