<p>PURPOSE:To realize the sheet rolling apparatus excellent in conformity and stability by detecting the tension between stands to transmit to an elongation percentage control device through a speed limit detecting circuit by feeding a correcting output to a tension control device from here. CONSTITUTION:The speeds of inlet and outlet sides of the plate material 1 are detected by the speed detecting devices 9, 10, based on this detected value, the inlet side speed is corrected by the elongation percentage control device 13 to make the elongation percentage obtained by an elongation percentage detecting device 11 to be a setting value. Further, the inlet side speed correction is limited to make the interstand tension detected by the tension detector 8 not to be exceeded the setting value by the tension limit control circuit 16. Furthermore, the tensions of the inlet and outlet side tension rolls 3, 6 are limited by the tension control devices 21, 24 respectively. On the sheet stock rolling mill, the output of the tension limit control circuit 16 is transmitted to the elongation percentage control device 13 through the speed limit detecting circuit 14. At this time, when the interstand tension is limited in the said prescribed setting value, the correcting output is fed to the tension control devices 21, 24 from this elongation percentage control device 13.</p> |
