PURPOSE:To eanble to apply the circuit to the devices requiring accurate operation, by inserting the transistor train in which the emitter and base are sequentially in cascade connection, between the collector and common base of one transistor constituting the current Miller circuit. CONSTITUTION:The emitters and bases of the transistors 6 and 7 are commonly connected respectively, the collector of Tr6 is grounded via the constant current circuit 8 and also connected to the base of the first Tr101 of the cascade connection circuit 10. The circuit 10 consists of n sets of Tr101, 102...10n in which the emitter and base are sequentially in cascade connection, the emitter of Tr10n is connected to the common base of Tr6, 7, and the collector is grounded. On the other hand, the emitter of the control Tr11 is connected to the collector of Tr101, the collector is grounded, and the base is connected to the collector of Tr7. Thus, the difference between the input and output currents is reduced, and the circuit can be applied to the devices requiring precise operation. |
