PURPOSE:To provide stable and improved antivibration function, by making the device composed of an elastic member which is turned in response to the relative displacement of a holder and a held body, inertial body turned relative to the elastic member and of a driving unit put between the elastic member and the inertial body. CONSTITUTION:For setting the device to any pipe line, either of connectors 5, 6 is connected with a stay and the rest is connected with the pipe line. If the pipe is vibrated due to an earthquake and the connector 6, for example, is greatly displaced in the axial direction, a rotational shaft 8 is turned due to the rotary action together with a screw 9 and nut 7. But an inertial body 10 does not follow the turn despite the turning moment transmitted through an elastic member 12 and driving unit 16, and only the elastic member 12 turns. Concaves 14, 15 of both members 10, 12 are then shifted in the circumferential direction and an arm 13 of the elastic member 12 is displaced to the left through the driving unit 16, which presses a friction member 17 to a cover 2 to curb the vibration. |
