PURPOSE:To simplify synthetic judgement such as a supervision over various obstacles during navigation, by providing a plane-position display unit with a display part for detection signals from a depth sounder which can detect the depth of water, etc., under the bottom of a ship. CONSTITUTION:Hull 1 is provided with radar unit 4 to exercise a supervision over obstacles such as neighboring land 2 and other ships 3. On detecting an obstacle on the surface of water 10 at a distance, unit 4 displays its picture between outside regions A and B on screen 6a as a radar display part. Further, the sonar of sounder 5 supervises obstacles under and on the surface of water 10 and then displays their detection signals between center regions O and B on screen 6a as a sounder display part. |
