PURPOSE:To make almost zero the capacity based on the crossing of buses and to substantially made zero the crossover capacitance. CONSTITUTION:The channel makes the shape similar to letter U laid down as a whole, and the input 20 signal is fed in the channel as the signal charge from the source region 21. The signal charge fed under the input gate electrode 100 is branched into two paths under the large scale electrodes 101 to 104. One passes through the channel CHA under the transfer electrodes 105, 106... at upper side and another passes through the channel CHB under the transfer electrodes 205, 206.. under lower side. Although the segment piece of different electrodes 108 and 208 are connected to the buses LA and LB connected to the both input terminals of the differential amplifier 22, since the split electrodes 108 and 208 are of the same shape and size, and also the section ratio is the same, then the proportionality of the signal voltage is not lost and the output 23 the same as conventional obtained. Further, since no crossing part is present at LA and LB, the crossover capacitance is substantially zero. |
