<p>PURPOSE:To easily make a double-walled container of sure airtightness, by coupling an outer and an inner boxes to each other and coating their coupled parts with injeted resin. CONSTITUTION:The flanges 3, 7 of an outer box 1 and an inner box 5 are coupled to each other. The boxes are then fitted in an upper metal mold 14 and a lower metal mold 15 so that small gaps t, t' are defined on the outside surfaces 13, 13' of the flanges 3, 7 but the other parts of the boxes are located in tight contact with the molds. The same resin as the material of the boxes 1, 5 and heated at a temperature by 30-40 C higher than the molding temperature of the boxes is injected into the gaps t, t' to make a coating film which integrally fuse-bonds the outside surfaces 13, 13' of the flanges 3, 7 to each other.</p> |
