PURPOSE:To maintain highly stable precision even in case of disturbance of a high-frequency component, by stabilizing a stabilized table by equivalently setting the inertial moment of the stabilized table infinite. CONSTITUTION:Stabilized table 8 is rotatable around the I axis centering on fulcrum (a), inner gimbal 11 is also rotatable around the II axis centering on fulcrum (b) facing to table 8, and rotor 12 centering on fulcrum (c) is turning at a high inside of gimbal 11. Even if external frame 10 would rotate on the I axis by a certain angle, table 8 itself is considered to have equivalently infinite inertial moment to disturbing torque on the I axis, resulting in inertia space self-stabilization. This table 8 and plane mirror 2 are made to interlock each other at rotational-angle ratio 2:1 through belt 9, so that view line 7 viwed from an optical unit can be stabilized. |
