PURPOSE:To achieve the prevention of damaging of refractory linings and coating deposition owing to local heating and the improvement of thermal efficiency by maintaining the temperature in calcination chamber at relatively low temperature and nearly evenly. CONSTITUTION:The temperature 8 in the conduit 2 connected to the upper part of a calcination chamber 1 is measured and is inputted to a controller 13. The controller 13 takes a deviation from a set value 19 and operates and outputs to a switch 15. The temperature 9 in the conduit 3 is inputted to a controller 14 and after the operation, it is outputted to the switch 15. Using of which of the outputs of the controllers 13 and 14 is determined and is outputted as the set value of the controller 16. The total feed rate 12 of liquid fuel is inputted to the controller 16. The controller 16 takes a deviation of the outputs from the total feed rate measuring device 12 and switch 15 and outputs the same to rate setters 17 and 18. In the rate setters 17 and 18, the control quantities for operating liquid fuel feed rate controllers 10 and 11 are outputted according to the output of the controller 16. |
