PURPOSE:The chemical cleaning agent which comprises containing acidic fluorine compounds and hydrogen peroxide and is capable of removing scale readily and completely. CONSTITUTION:This comprises compounding acidic fluorine compounds such as hydrofluoric acid, acid ammonium fluoride, acid potassium fluoride and acid sodium fluoride and hydrogen peroxide. Here, the respective concentrations of the acid fluorine compounds and hydrgoen peroxide may be suitably selected over a considerably wide range, but an example shown is like this: An aqueous solution containing acid ammonium fluoride 20%, hydrogen peroxide 10% and nonionic surface active agent 0.5% or more. This compounded product is used by being diluted 3-10 times with water depending upon the conditions of scale. |
