PURPOSE:To provide thick plates by providing adjacent holes with burrs thereunder and thereupon in different directions in providing a plurality of holes in a strip of core. CONSTITUTION:A metal core 1 is provided with a plurality of holes 2 the rows of which are displaced from each other by a pitch. Adjacent holes 2 have respectively burrs 3 thereupon and thereunder extending in different directions, which permit nickel paste to be applied thick on the core 1.
