PURPOSE:To produce the filter made of plastics of uniform filteration pores by mixing fine solid particles of water-soluble inorganic salts to plastic powder and molding the same then dissolving and washing the fine solid particles. CONSTITUTION:When the fine solid particles of water-soluble inorganic salts such as edible salt or the like whose grain sizes are known beforehand are mixed in plastic powder at an equal ratio and the mixture is compression-heated, then the plastic powder fusion bonds and is molded by enclosing the fine solid particles and leaving mutually fine spacings. After this, the fine solid particles are dissolved and washed by warm water or the like. The plastic-made filter produced in this way permits making the pore sizes of the fine pores of the filter to desired sizes and making the pore sizes even. |
