Frequency control circuit which stabilises output of oscillator - has comparator and integrated sawtooth waveform output from network and counters

In the frequency control circuit, the frequency of an oscillator (GO) is compared with the frequency of a reference oscillator (VO) and the difference used as the means of control in order to obtain a very stable output within given limits. The control parameter is stored in an integrating network with a bistable input stage. The integrating network produces a sawtooth waveform voltage. The frequency comparator (FK) has a second complementary output (T2). The sawtooth waveform voltage is converted by a circuit with an N-stage forward-backwards counter (BZ) with separate inputs for forward and backwards and binary stacked resistors at the output. The output of the frequency comparator is also connected to two inputs of the counter.
