PURPOSE:To omit external lead wires and to simplify handling by a method wherein beltlike metallic layers are formed on two sides of a T-shaped dielectric block and said beltlike metallic layers are used as an equivalent substance for fixing diode. CONSTITUTION:Two beltlike metallic layers 7, 8 are formed ranging from the top face of the insulated holding body, of which two opposing sides form a T-shape, to said T-shaped sides. And the luminous diode substrate 3 is fixed to the beltlike metallic layer 7 located on the top face of the insulated holding body 6, while the electrode of the luminous diode 3 and the beltlike metallic layer 8 is connected by a metallic fine line. Further the top face of the insulated holding body 6 is sealed with light transmitting resin 5. |
