<p>NEW MATERIAL:Compounds of formula (R<1>, R<2>, and R<3> are H, amino-group- protecting group; n is 1, 2). EXAMPLE:N-(N<epsilon>-lysyl-lysyl)-D-glucosamine. USE:Antiviral agent or its intermediate. They show, in vitro, activities of prohibiting the porliferation of cancer cells such as those of humam lymphadenomatosis, mice ascites-tumor and of viruses such as those of para-influenza, vesicular stomatitis or simple eruption. PREPARATION:A compound of formula II (R<1>' and R<3>' are H, amino group-protecting groups), when R<3>' is H, it is converted into an amino group-protecting group or when R<1>' is an amino group-protecting group, the protecting group is removed, is acylated with a compound of formula (R<4> and R<5> are amino group-protecting groups) in the epsilon-amino group, when necessary, the acylation is repeated to give the compound of formula I.</p> |
