<p>Disposable devices useful for cleaning and wiping hard surfaces. The devices have a core (1) interposed between and laminated to two outer layers (2,3). The core (1) is preferably an absorbent paper web, while the outer layers (2,3) are preferably apertured nonwoven fabrics having defined properties. The wiping device is strong, absorbent, and will retain sufficient water after manual wringing to clean soiled surfaces, and will leave the cleaned surface essentially dry.</p> |
