PURPOSE:To enable the check of coincidence of content, with simplified circuit and without providing comparison circuit, by incorporating the comparison circuit in a plurality of LSIs outputting the same content. CONSTITUTION:The comparison circuit 30 comparing the input signal 50 and the output signal 60 of the drive circuit 21 to each of two data processing circuits LSI5 and 6 is provided, and the output signal 51 of the comparison circuit 30 is fed to the selection circuit 31 selected with the signal on the register selection line 2, and the output of the selection circuit 31 is fed to the comparison error signal line 4 in common use for LSIs 5 and 6. Further, when the data in the data register 11 or 12 is read out, the output signal 50 of the register selection circuit 20 and the content on the common output bus 3 are compared at the comparison circuit 30, the signal 51 of the result of comparison is fed to the selection circuit 31, it is selected with the signal on the selection line 2, and the result of comparison signal is outputted to the signal line 4 only at register selection in LSIs 5 and 6. |
